Borsheim Builders was founded with a clear mission: "Lifting Your Expectations." We are committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding the expectations of our clients. Our core values, Be Safe, Be Dedicated, Be Reliable, and Be a Leader, guide us in everything we do.

From its humble beginnings, Borsheim Builders has grown into a trusted name in the industry. Our founder, George A. Borsheim, started the company with just an excavator and a vision. Despite the challenges faced in the first year, George and his dedicated team of four employees persevered. Their early projects focused on sewer, water, and miscellaneous infrastructure work, showcasing George's expertise as an operator and teacher.

As the demand for highway and municipal projects increased in the 1950s and 1960s, Borsheim Builders emerged as a reliable supplier of ready mix and other building materials. George A. expanded our offerings to include concrete block, leading to the establishment of Blox Incorporated under the Borsheim Holding umbrella. With a bustling presence in Eastern Montana, Williston, Tioga, Watford City, and the Newtown and Parshall, ND area, Borsheim Builders became synonymous with quality construction.

In 1964, George A. passed away, and his son, George R. Borsheim, assumed the leadership role. George R. seamlessly continued the company's growth, expanding our reach across Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota. In 1972, an opportunity arose when Harvey Bennett and John Sanders of Cactus Concrete approached George R. with an offer to purchase our ready mix and block businesses. The timing was ideal, enabling George R. to further expand our crane business.

During the late 1970s, two significant events shaped the future of Borsheim Builders. Tyler G. Goodman joined our team in 1977, marking the entry of the third generation into the company. Simultaneously, advancements in crane technology allowed for enhanced mobility, enabling us to provide services over 100 miles away.

As we entered the 1980s, Tyler G. Goodman II assumed leadership in 1984, positioning Borsheim Builders for success in the 21st century. Under Tyler's guidance, we continued to grow and adapt to new challenges.

In 2000, we expanded our operations to the Belfield area of North Dakota. By 2003, we secured an office and shop in Fargo, ND, followed by another office and shop in Minot, ND in 2008.

The 2010s marked the arrival of the fourth generation into our company, with Tyler G. Goodman III joined the team in 2013. Additionally, we established Pro Industrial in 2015, supplying miscellaneous rigging and supplies to the areas served by Borsheim Crane. In 2017, we further expanded our services with the establishment of Borsheim Logistics and Logistic Pros. The year 2019 witnessed the launch of Borsheim Crane's Heavy Lift Division, offering expanded services across various states.

Looking ahead, we are confident that our best days are yet to come. We remain dedicated to serving our clients and growing alongside our valued employees, partners, and communities. With our unwavering commitment to safety, dedication, reliability, and leadership, we are excited to exceed expectations and continue our legacy of excellence.
